The home staging industry has exploded over the past few years and the needs of the staging professional continues to evolve.  In 2007 Terrylynn Fisher (Realtor/Staging Consultant) and Kym Hough (Professional Home Stager), decided to address those very needs including inventory, business development, and marketing. In other words everything that a Home Stager must have to run a successful business.

  • Inventory – provide a vehicle for Stagers to rotate their inventory by disposing of the items they no longer use and purchasing new inventory
  • Marketing – elevate Stagers visibility in their community, region, nationwide and on the world wide web
  • Business Development – generate local leads and increase Stagers revenue stream

Staging evolved because there was a need in the Real Estate Industry to increase marketability of homes. Out of that need, StagersLIST.com was born to fulfill the needs of the staging industry.
